New content is being added to the website on a regular basis, and there are a variety of ways you can locate it. Most new items will appear in a news feed, but specific entries relating to meetings, committees, and other areas are also available filtered from the news on special pages. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, try the search facility at the top or bottom of each page.

Meetings of the Full Parish Council are held every month. Meetings are usually on Wednesday evenings starting at 7:00pm and from September 2021 will be in the main hall of the community hub and council office building at 445b Scalby Road.

The May Meeting is the Annual Parish Council Meeting when the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council are elected for the new Council Year.

All meetings are open to the public. Agenda and Minutes are published on this website and the noticeboards outside the Community Hall and Scalby Library.

All members of the public are entitled to attend the meeting and are cordially invited by the Council to do so.  There is a Public Open Forum near the start of every meeting for people to raise issues relevant to the parish.

Agenda will be posted on notice boards and this website
